Zander Mykytiuk

Zander Mykytiuk is an Operating Associate in Two Bear Capital’s New York office. He serves as a domain expert for portfolio companies operating in biotechnology, healthcare technology, and other life sciences sectors. He works directly alongside founders and executive teams as a dedicated resource across strategic, operational, and commercial challenges. He also helps develop the firm’s AI implementation efforts, translating cutting-edge tools into practical, stage-appropriate resources for portfolio companies. In his previous role at Two Bear, Zander was a Senior Analyst focused on research, due diligence, and thesis development. He started his career at ClearView Healthcare Partners before founding Blair Biosciences Group, a boutique firm serving primarily early-stage biotechs. He subsequently served as Business Development Manager at Artizan Biosciences (a precision immunology therapeutics start-up spun out of Yale) and as a venture fellow at AlleyCorp, where he helped evaluate and build multiple NewCo formation opportunities across value-based care, AI-focused HealthTech, organoids, and AI-driven drug development. Zander earned his BA from Washington University in St. Louis with double majors in Biology and Finance; during his undergraduate studies he researched dendritic cell immunology in the Klechevsky Lab and completed summer internships at Flagship Pioneering and Dana-Farber.
